Returns and exchanges are FREE with Babble Heads! In fact, our shipping bag is designed to be used for easy returns. Please
assure your item(s) is clean and in resalable condition.

How long does the return and exchange process take?
Returns and exchanges take about one week to process after our warehouse has received your items. At that time, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.
